IMEG provided engineering design services for a major renovation of existing facilities and new patient care and support buildings on the County of Los Angeles’s Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center campus.  Phase 1 (design-build) included:  103,000-sf three-story outpatient building, LEED NC  13,500-sf wellness facility and therapeutic aquatic center, LEED Gold  12,000-sf warehouse building, LEED Silver 

New Ambulatory Center – LEED Gold

IMEG provided engineering design services for Rush Oak Brook Orthopaedic Center’s new 99,000-square-foot ambulatory center.  Engineers provided MEP and technology design for the three-story ambulatory center that will focus on orthopedic services and include medical office spaces, a rehabilitation center, athletic training facility, outpatient services, on-site imaging suites with an MRI, and an ambulatory surgery center (ASC)

Healthcare Campus Renewal Project
