Corey’s areas of expertise include Phase I, II & III transportation projects involving rural and urban freeways, traffic signals, recreational trails, drainage studies, commercial and industrial developments, municipal engineering, construction observation and sewer/septic. He believes engineers are at their best when they foresee clients’ needs and communicate with them from project scope through construction and think outside the box to solve problems.
