Steve Rhoades, PE, LEED AP, is IMEG’s Vice President of Federal Solutions and an executive principal of the firm. He is a licensed mechanical engineer with more than 23 years of experience.

Steve began his career by enlisting in the US Navy Nuclear Propulsion program, where he served as a Machinist Mate and Nuclear Propulsion Plant Emergency Welder on a nuclear submarine, and completed his education in mechanical engineering at Iowa State University. Steve coordinates IMEG’s broad experience and capabilities serving agencies in the Federal Market, expands existing and builds new relationships with Federal agencies and strategic teaming partners, and strategizes across IMEG’s geography and offices for delivering engineering solutions for Federal agencies CONUS and OCONUS. He has worked heavily with Federal clients for more than 10 years and continues to grow IMEG’s capabilities for working with Federal clients.
