New Senior/Memory Care Center

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology engineering design as well as construction administration services for the new 170,000-sf senior living/memory care center at Clarendale of Algonquin.  The new residential living facility will house 186 units: 76 independent living units, 56 assisted living units, and 54 memory care units. The project also includes 22 enclosed parking stalls.

New Ambulatory Center – LEED Gold

IMEG provided engineering design services for Rush Oak Brook Orthopaedic Center’s new 99,000-square-foot ambulatory center.  Engineers provided MEP and technology design for the three-story ambulatory center that will focus on orthopedic services and include medical office spaces, a rehabilitation center, athletic training facility, outpatient services, on-site imaging suites with an MRI, and an ambulatory surgery center (ASC)

New Senior Apartments

IMEG provided engineering services for the new Oxford Place Senior Apartments, a project with the goal to provide “net positive” living for its tenants.
