New Art Gallery

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and technology engineering services for the design and construction phases build out of 8,200-sf of space within Uptown Station in Normal, Illinois, to be used for Illinois State University’s “University Galleries.” Key systems for any gallery space are proper temperature and humidity control, lighting, and flexible space for reconfiguration.

New Senior/Memory Care Center

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology engineering design as well as construction administration services for the new 170,000-sf senior living/memory care center at Clarendale of Algonquin.  The new residential living facility will house 186 units: 76 independent living units, 56 assisted living units, and 54 memory care units. New Ambulatory Center – LEED Gold

New Basketball Practice Facility

IMEG provided engineering design for the new, $41M, 143,000-sf St. Vincent Center, a joint venture of Pacers Sports & Entertainment and St. Vincent Health.  The five-story center was built in a pie-shaped space on Delaware Street immediately east of Bankers Life Fieldhouse – the Indiana Pacers’ home arena – and adjacent to the Virginia Avenue
